Almost immediately on entering, you'll need to solve a Puzzle Space. Pull on the plug to open the window, then you can plug it in and head into the Jedi Temple. Climb up, then drop down and you'll be in a cave. Walk (slowly) through the storm, and eventually you'll find a crack in the ice to squeeze though. When you step off the Mantis, it looks like there's two ways forward, but the way to the right is a dead-end, so head into the blizzard.
